- How much does the Hill Pass cost?
- Nothing. It comes free with every confirmed EdenRoute stay or tour package, and some of our partner homestays give it to their own guests too.
- When is my Hill Pass valid?
- From your check-in day to your check-out day (for a package, the first to the last day of the tour). It shows up in My Trips once your booking is paid.
- How do I use it at a shop?
- Show the QR on your phone before you pay. The shop scans it with its own phone, sees your first name and dates, and gives you its offer. Each shop sets its own offer and days.
- What if a shop refuses my pass?
- Tap “Shop refused?” next to that shop on your pass. We follow up with every report, and shops that keep refusing are removed.
- I run a café or shop in Darjeeling. How do I join?
- It's free: no fee and no commission. You choose the offer and the days, and you can pause any time. Contact us through the Help Center and our team will visit you.
