Punam Homestay is a cheerful family-run homestay of wooden hill cottages with bright roofs, a flower garden and a white picket fence, set high on a forested ridge. From the balconies you look straight out over the valley. On clear mornings the clouds settle below you like a sea, and after dark the hillsides opposite light up with thousands of town lights under a starry sky. There are 7 rooms for up to 25 guests, which makes it a good fit for families, friends travelling together and small groups: - 5 four-bed rooms (up to 4 guests each) - 1 three-bed room (up to 3 guests) - 1 two-bed room (up to 2 guests) Rooms are warm and colourful, with wood-panelled walls and thick blankets for the cool hill nights. Every room has an attached bathroom with hot water from a geyser. Some rooms open onto a balcony with forest and valley views. Stay with a local family, slow down, and wake up above the clouds.
